General Manager of Maintenance, Tooling, and Facilities

Description:

Responsible for effectively planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the Facility, Tooling and Maintenance departments, including the direction and work assignments of the managers of those departments.


Responsibilities:

Coordinates and directs the work of the Facility, Tooling and Maintenance departments
Responsible for insuring all equipment and tooling PMs are scheduled and completed.
Responsible for insuring that equipment and tooling issues are corrected to support production schedules.
Responsible for implementation of LOTO and Safety procedures for all equipment.
Responsible for Store room management and spare part control.
Coordinates with various departments to ensure a smooth operation and maximize the efficiency of operations.
Prepares accurate cost analyses of all development projects and forecasts accurate project completing dates.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Capable of establishing training programs to support the specific needs of the maintenance work force.
A strong background in Plant safety including machine guarding, LOTO and a knowledge of fire systems requirements.
Familiarity with environmental requirements and they pertain to chemicals in the work place and response to spills and storm water regulations.
Ability to manage the non production stores operations and MRO area.
Able to use problem solving tools to diagnose and determine root causes to repetitive maintenance issues.


Education:

AS or BS in Engineering Discipline


Experience:
5-10 years experience in Engineering or Maintenance Management.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all department managers and vice presidents.
Ability to direct and support multiple M-TEK sites.
A Basic knowledge of automotive assembly operations and Plastic Injection molding.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
