Information Systems Assistant - 2nd Shift

1. Reports to:
Manager of MIS
Supervisor of MIS
2. Description:
The individual assists the Information System Supervisor in maintaining the entire computer system of the company including, maintaining the systems data, personal computers and software.
2ND SHIFT OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities:
Executes various systems procedures, prints and distributes reports associated with the procedures.
Maintains and repairs all computers and computer related equipment.
Maintain the SQL Database, and distributes the related reports.
Develops and maintains a computer hardware inventory system.
Insures that users of system software and computer equipment are properly trained.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
4. Education:
B.S. Degree with a concentration of course work in information systems or computer science from an accredited institution, equivalent education from a technical school.

Experience: N/A
6. Skills:
Computer skills in working with Windows operating system as well as Word Processor, Spreadsheet software.
Basic typing proficiency
7. Training: N/A
8. Other:
Good organizational skills.
Good communication skills
Must be able to travel with limited notice.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
