Training Coordinator

Description:
Directs the activities of a pre-employee and other training programs which works with all production departments to produce temporary associates that have demonstrated the ability to do the assigned jobs in the desired time frame within M-TEK's.

Responsibilities:
Supervises the activities of a pre-employment training, and other training programs.
Confers with production managers to assess the number needed for additional manpower and sets schedules for the training of new associates.
Maintains proper documents as required by ISO and TS standards.
Maintains and instructs adherence to company policies, safety standards and good 5'S practices.
Assure that equipment and tools are properly maintained and preventive maintenance is performed to assure
efficient production.
Assure efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices.
Establish and maintain good employee relations and adherence to proper judicious disciplinary measures
when required.
Responsible for reviewing and administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations for the training period.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Must be able and capable to work any shift assigned, and must be able to work overtime as required.
If customer demands increase transfer to manage production line is possible
Education:
High School Education or GED
Experience:
One to three years of supervisors related experience
Three to four years of hands-on assembly line work.
Skills:
Computer experience ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
Training specific to placement into position:
N/A
Other:
Excellent inter personal skills.
