Oversees all Program Management initiatives that fall outside of the day-to-day operations of M-Tek. Projects that are significant in scale but do not have a routine person or person(s) involved with managing the type of programs.

Responsibilities:
Overall management responsibility for the oversight of assigned projects and its project team for abnormal situations - that is initiatives that need to be completed and are outside of day-to-day operations.
Direct supervision of the activities of Project Managers, located in each of the M-Tek facilities. (Who in turn directly manage activities associated with assigned projects.)
Work with Project Managers and Management to develop timelines for projects for which there is not already an established means of managing for M-Tek.
Clearly communicate with management as to project status concerns, and overall upates.
Work with middle and upper-level management, when necessary, to resolve issues that threaten project completion.
Communicate with Customer Management teams (when appropriate) - regarding projects.
Establish schedule for and provide routine communication with middle and upper management as to the status overall of active projects.
Align, where necessary, the activities of more than 1 M-Tek facility and/or corporate department(s) involved in a change activity.
Establish and oversee standardized practices for abnormal change management.
Lead Project Managers through Change Management process.
Must work in a safe manner in compliance with M-TEK policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required to support manufacturing engineering, suppliers, and customers.
Travel will be required (estimated 30%)
Other duties as necessary.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Business related discipline or equivalent to.

Experience:
Program management experience in automotive field or Program Management experience (3
years)/MFG Experience.

Microsoft Office, Good communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
