Program Coordinator

Description: Lead or Assist projects from Award to Launch for M-Tek facilities
Responsibilities:
Develop Schedules and track for the project from Award letter to launch
Key Customer contact until launch of project
Attend & report trial & joint check results with team
Attend and coordinate running rates with customer
Oversee material trial orders and trial shipments to customer
Lead APQP teams and report directly to Upper management constantly
Fills outs or guides completion of OEM customer required documentation until project launch.
Monitors internal tooling, supplier tooling and suppler part delivery for pre-launch projects.
Monitors Cost targets throughout trials and launch with other team members
Monitors & track KPI targets for project
Must work in a safe manner in compliance with M-TEK policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required to support manufacturing engineering, suppliers, and customers.
May be required to travel on company business
Training Technical Personnel
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Business related discipline
Experience:
Program management experience in automotive field or Management experience
Skills:
Microsoft Office, MS Project, Good communication skills
Training specific to placement into position:
Kaizen activity
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
