Production Supervisor

Production supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the plant production and the associates.
Accountable for the day to day management of plant production and operations.
Ensure compliance with all quality, and production are met by the production associates.
Promotes safety and housekeeping is carried out by all employees.
Responsible for daily supervision of the plant and the associates.
Enforce safety regulations are carried out.
Train, develop, assesses and motivates plant associates.
Inspect products for compliance to specifications and maintain quality.
Plan, develop, implement and evaluates production and operation need.
Time tracking completed daily in e-Time system.
Conduct annual performance reviews and establish measurable objectives for employees.
Hold daily meetings with department about the plant operations.
Reduce scrap and labor variance by working with associates and management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Ability to keep harmony among associates and resolve conflict by investigation process, implementing solutions and follow-up as needed.
Computer knowledge of Microsoft office.
Must have basic leadership skills and should manager with a flexible leadership style.
Basic communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
High School
High school diploma (GED)
4-year Management Degree or equivalent experience in Supervisory Management (minimum)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
