The detector IS tested and works. It does not come with a charger. Cosmetically it looks used. There is a large area on the bottom side with glue residue. My guess is that the previous owner had it glued to their windshield with velcro or something and the sun melted the glue. All photos are of the actual item being sold. What you see is what you get. This item had a brand new retail price of aroudn $130.00. I think $40.00 is a fair price. I realize it doesn't look the best so I am accepting best offers on this item.
